Returns and Refunds

LīvPak coffee products are perishable, due to that we’re unable to accept general returns once they have been delivered. If there is a quality issue, damage, an incorrect item, or another problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review it under our product guarantee below.

Product guarantee

When stored unopened and according to the product instructions, LīvPak products are covered by our quality guarantee for up to nine months beyond the stated use-by date.

The guarantee applies to defects or deterioration that are not reasonably attributable to improper storage, damage after delivery, or normal changes in flavor and aroma over time.

If an unopened LīvPak pouch appears defective, compromised, or otherwise does not meet the product description or specifications, please contact info@peakprovenance.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will replace or refund affected unopened LīvPak products.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. We may ask for photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the problem resulted from damage in transit, an incorrect shipment, or an error on our part, Peak Provenance will replace or refund the affected product.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is required because the order arrived damaged or incorrect, or because of an error on our part. In those cases, Peak Provenance will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval, and after receipt of any required return, for the refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
