Who you are contracting with
These terms govern your use of this website and purchases made through it. The seller is Peak Provenance LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as Peak Provenance.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted or dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order, including where a coffee has sold out, a price or product description was published in error, payment cannot be processed, or we cannot ship to the delivery address. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown per complete box of seven LīvPak infusion pouches unless otherwise stated.
Volume discounts apply to the total number of qualifying coffee boxes in an order and coffees may be mixed: 10% off at 10 or more qualifying boxes and 30% off at 30 or more qualifying boxes. Discounts are applied at checkout.
Prices exclude shipping, duties, taxes and other charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Availability
Coffee is an agricultural product produced in limited quantities. Availability changes with harvests and inventory, and a coffee listed on the website may not remain available indefinitely.
Nothing on this website guarantees future availability of any particular coffee.

Our satisfaction guarantee is described in our Return and Refund Policy and forms part of these terms.
Shipping
Shipping terms, estimated dispatch times, duties, taxes and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy.
Work with Joseph, visits and land
The enquiry forms on this website are invitations to make contact. They are not bookings, contracts, or commitments, and submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side.
Any proposal concerning coffee, visits, land, consulting or another commercial relationship is made separately and is subject to its own terms.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of securities, an offer to sell real property, investment advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
Intellectual property
The Peak Provenance name, branding, website content and photography are owned by or licensed to Peak Provenance or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.
Ninety Plus and its coffee names and marks remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability and other information accurate. Errors may occasionally occur, and we may correct information or update the website without notice.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Provenance is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For purchases, the version in effect when your order is accepted will apply to that order.
