Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, Panama, and selected international destinations available at checkout.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders of 10 or more qualifying coffee boxes receive complimentary standard shipping within the United States. Expedited and premium shipping services are not included and remain available at the customer’s expense.

Other shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are quoted or calculated separately where applicable. All orders are subject to availability.

Dispatch

Roasted coffee and LīvPak orders are currently dispatched from our fulfillment location in the United States. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Coffee is shipped as complete boxes of seven LīvPak infusion pouches.

Transit times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate provided at checkout or after purchase is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Duties and import taxes

Outside the United States, duties, import taxes, customs charges, and other local fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Parcels refused at customs may be treated as returns and may be subject to return shipping or other related charges.

Large and special orders

Wholesale quantities, shipments outside our usual destinations, and orders requiring special arrangements should be submitted through the order enquiry form rather than the standard cart. These orders are quoted individually.
